When BEC Specialist Philippines identified the need to expand its operations in Bataan, the team turned to the same modular construction technology it promotes to clients across Southeast Asia.
The project involved the construction of a new office building using BEC’s modular precast building system, alongside upgrades to fabrication, electrical, machining, and employee support facilities.
Rather than relying on conventional construction methods, the project provided an opportunity to demonstrate the speed, efficiency, and practicality of the modular system in a real operational environment.
BEC utilised its modular precast construction system to deliver a new office facility within the Bataan Yard.
The building was constructed using BEC’s proprietary modular mould technology, which enables repeatable production of reinforced concrete building modules that can be rapidly installed and configured for a variety of building applications.
The completed office serves not only as a functional workspace but also as a working demonstration of the BEC Modular system.
