Developed in response to the Philippines’ growing housing shortage, the Cavite Modular Housing Project demonstrates how engineered modular and precast construction systems can support scalable and affordable community housing delivery.
Delivered on a 4-hectare site in Cavite, the project comprises 53 two-storey row houses and one duplex residence constructed using 110 modular precast concrete units through BEC Modular’s Safe Affordable Modular Housing Technology (SAMHT), supporting faster and more resilient housing delivery for lower- and middle-income Filipino families.
Repeatable structural system based on monolithic steel-reinforced precast concrete, designed for Southeast Asian climatic and seismic conditions. Engineered modular layout enables disciplined sequencing across the site.
Resilient housing delivered on accelerated programmes, supporting national housing objectives and community-level disaster resilience.
